Chase was my first Chesapeake.  Born January 29, 2005.  She was my beauty and my companion.  We certified in Search and Rescue with the Search and Rescue Dog Association of Alberta.  We completed the bh (Schutzhund Obedience Test) and the AD (Schutzhund Endurance Test).  She even won some ribbons in dock diving the first time she tried.  We camped, kayaked and quaded together for many, many miles.  She did it all. She was my protector, my friend and my shadow until cancer took her in the spring of 2017.  She forever changed my world.

Fenstadt vom Dragonhaus was my competition Schutzhund (IPO) boy.  Born Dec 22, 2008 within a litter of 9.  He attained an IPO3 level and loved his protection work.  He and I learned a great deal about the genetics of a dog during out training years and earned a few trophies along the way.  He spent his last few years as a simple house dog.  Sadly he passed in 2020.

Born for Schutzhund.  Oona vom Fenstadt was strong, fast and always willing to do whatever you asked of her and loyal to a fault.  Born May 16, 2014 of a litter of 7.  She obtained her (bh) in IPO and then we moved on to other things.  Her sire was none other than Fenstadt Vom Dragonhaus and her dam was Qiana vom Kiebitzende.  Although she left us early in life, she was my quading partner and I will always remember our time spent on the trails of Tawatinaw with the winds of freedom in her face. I will always remember her as my Oona.

Quill is my first competition dog within the Retriever Sport.  Born May 16, 2016 at Stonepeake Kennels.  In the summer of 2018 we gained 2 of 4 passes towards a Started Title in the North American Hunting Retriever Association.  We are looking forward to finishing this title if they hold another National Event.  In May of 2019, Quill attained her CGN Title with an excellent compliment from the judge.  In June of 2019, Quill attained her Junior Hunter Title with 3 clean runs in a single weekend.  She followed this up in July 2019 by receiving her Working Certificate.  It was a good year for Quill.

NAHRA

Ruin is my heavy hitter as she is definitely made for plowing through heavy reeds and swamp.  She has a indomitable spirit that not many dogs possess.  She has a sweet disposition that allows her to just keep trying.
